These terms govern your use of Voice Lens, provided by Mindcres. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

Trial and verification

You can sign up and build bots straight away with a trial account. Calling real numbers in production requires completing verification, including organisation documents and TRAI and DPDP declarations.

Acceptable use

• Only call people you have a lawful basis to contact, within permitted calling hours.
• Do not use Voice Lens to request OTPs, card details or other credentials.
• Do not remove or work around the standing rules applied to every bot.
