This policy explains how Mindcres (“we”) handles personal data when you visit this website or use Voice Lens, our AI voice-calling platform.

What we collect

• Account details you give us when you sign up, such as your name, work email, mobile number and organisation.
• Contact lists and campaign data you upload or connect so Voice Lens can place calls on your behalf.
• Call recordings, transcripts and the structured outcomes produced from them.

How we protect it

• Phone numbers, Aadhaar numbers and OTPs are masked in transcripts.
• Uploaded documents are screened into facts before a bot can use them; raw documents never reach the bot.
• Calls are placed only within configured calling hours, inside the statutory 09:00–21:00 IST window.
